We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Multi-Trade Construction Project Management Professional (SMTCPMP) to lead large-scale construction projects and mentor the next generation of operational leaders. The SMTCPMP is responsible for managing complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and multi-trade construction projects through all five PMI phases—Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing. This leader ensures projects are delivered safely, on scope, on budget, and on schedule, while driving communication between design, procurement, field teams, and operations. The role includes direct supervision of Project Managers and Site Supervisors, as well as significant responsibility for budget performance, client communication, and project execution excellence.
