Senior MS D365 / CRM .Net Developer

• Develop and Customise Solutions: Using Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerApps to meet business requirements
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for business applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Integration & Automation: Integrate cloud-based systems and automate data flows between enterprise application and Data warehouse
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including technical specifications, user manuals, and change logs

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience developing business solutions on the Microsoft Stack (C#, .NET)
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
• Expertise in Power Platform for building custom apps and automating business processes
• Experience Customisation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (forms, entities, workflows, plugins, etc.) is preferrable
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework for backend development and databases such as SQL Server
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and other integration technologies
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control and continuous integration
• Understanding of basic Data warehouse concepts and experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration and automation is an advantage
• Experience in developing AI agents and familiarity with the recent AI innovations is an advantage
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find effective solutions
• Independence and initiative: Driving approaches to delivering cutting edge solutions
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working across teams in a fast-paced environment across inter-continental time zones

Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a nice to have
