Job Responsibility

Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive
Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including user provisioning, Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Implement and manage identity governance, access policies, and role-based access control (RBAC) aligned with Zero Trust security principles
Administer Microsoft Purview for compliance, data governance, information protection, retention policies, eDiscovery, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Support deployment and governance of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, ensuring proper data access, security controls, and policy compliance
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate to streamline administrative tasks and operational workflows
Monitor system health, service performance, and security alerts across the Microsoft 365 tenant and troubleshoot complex issues
