Senior Motion Designer

• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver on-brand video solutions that address specific business objectives
• End-to-End Production: Storyboard, design, animate, and edit high-quality video content for leadership events, marketing demos, eLearning, and digital campaigns
• AI Integration: Proactively leverage AI video tools (e.g., Gemini, Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Kling) to enhance workflow efficiency and incorporate innovative techniques into content creation
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics and visual assets are optimized for various devices and platforms while maintaining strict brand standards for both internal and partner brands
• Strategic Design: Align motion graphics with business and advertising KPIs to ensure elevated creativity and measurable impact
• File Management: Maintain organized, compliant project files to enable seamless collaboration and workflow efficiency

• 6+ years of professional experience as a motion designer or in creative video development, preferably within omni-channel retail or advertising
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BFA) in design, animation, film, or a related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Hands-on experience in video editing, special effects, 3D design, animation, and compositing
• Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Express is highly desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, animation principles, and storytelling
