This role is part of our Growth Marketing team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients. Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow. As a Senior Motion Designer, you set motion art direction through ideas, visuals, and narrative. You combine strong art direction thinking with high level motion craft to shape concepts from early thinking to final execution. You care about story, framing, and how visuals communicate over time. You push ideas forward while staying hands on in the work.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the visual and motion direction of projects from concept to delivery
Define creative ideas, narrative structure, and visual language for motion work
Design and animate high quality motion work across campaigns and formats
Create and own styleframes, visual systems, and motion language
Guide and support junior and midweight designers through feedback and direction
Collaborate with creatives, planners, and other disciplines to push ideas forward
Stay up to date with tools, techniques, and trends across motion, design, and AI
Requirements:
Strong visual judgement and confidence contributing to concepts and creative direction
Art direction experience showing how you’ve helped crafted the visual story of your work
A social first mind who is aware of designing for social and current social trends with a portfolio to match this experience
Strong experience as a motion designer with a clear art direction focus
Excellent visual judgement and confidence shaping concepts and creative direction
Advanced motion design skills with strong timing, framing, and storytelling
Proven experience creating and owning styleframes, visual systems, and narrative driven motion
Experience supporting or mentoring other designers
Awareness of AI tools and interest in applying them to creative workflows
A strong portfolio or showreel showing concept, craft, and art direction thinking
