Job Description

We are working with a fantastic brokerage, and due to continued growth and an expanding network of long-term introducers, they are looking for a Senior Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This is a self-employed role with no monthly costs, all leads provided, and early income support available to guarantee your earnings during your first few months while you build your pipeline. You’ll receive a consistent flow of high-quality leads from established, long-term introducers and will have the opportunity to develop and grow your own adviser hub from these relationships. This role offers a clear pathway into leadership, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor looking to progress their career beyond advisory work.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise customers on the most suitable mortgage solutions for their needs
  • Ensure customers are fully informed and supported throughout the mortgage process
  • Work closely with an experienced administration team to ensure applications progress smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage and develop relationships with long-term introducers to maximise lead opportunities
  • Build and grow your own adviser hub through established introducer partnerships
  • Support the business in developing and enhancing mortgage advice processes and technology by contributing ideas and feedback
  • Mentor and support less experienced advisors as the business continues to grow

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • CeMAP and CAS qualified
  • Whole-of-market mortgage advisory background
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a growing team
  • Based within a commutable distance of Nottingham for office attendance when required
