Job Description:

We're expanding and looking for experienced Senior Underground Mining Consultants to join our Underground team at one of our Australian offices located in Perth and Melbourne.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert technical advice and oversight
  • Assist with mining studies (Scoping, Pre-feasibility & Feasibility)
  • Technical Report contributions
  • Mentor staff and oversee project contractors
  • Drive business improvements and support business development activities
  • Prepare proposals and contracts
  • Work with multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mining engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8+ years of underground mining experience
  • Proficiency in Mine Planning software (Deswik preferred)
  • Ability to work independently or within teams
  • Strong financial management skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Consulting experience is highly regarded
  • Legal Work Entitlement within Australia
