Senior Microsoft Solutions Consultant

• Develop and implement technological solutions based on Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365)
• Provide specialized technical consulting to optimize clients' Microsoft environments
• Lead internal teams and collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance technological solutions
• Conduct business requirements assessments, translating them into effective technical solutions
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues in Microsoft systems
• Actively participate in migration, upgrade, and system integration projects
• Ensure complete documentation and knowledge transfer to involved teams
• Participate in adoption projects with active involvement in client training on communications, collaboration, and AI (Copilot)

• Minimum of 5 years in technical consulting with Microsoft solutions
• Proven track record of leading infrastructure and systems projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft platforms including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365
• Experience in implementing and administering Microsoft infrastructure, data migration, and system integration
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and results orientation
• Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, or similar) are highly valued
• Technical leadership and ability to manage projects and teams
• Proactivity in identifying improvements and developing innovative solutions
• Results-focused and aligned with client strategic objectives
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in dynamic environments
