Senior Microsoft Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Engineer with deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID to support an environment hardening and standardization initiative. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in multi-tenant settings, enjoys building repeatable processes, and can balance both execution and documentation at an expert level. You will assess current Microsoft 365 environments, establish hardening baselines, and create scalable standards and procedures that can be applied across multiple clients. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering position, not a strategy only role.
