We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Merchandising Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability while ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with design, product development, and sourcing teams to ensure the timely delivery of quality products
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to inform product selection and pricing strategies
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling product presentations and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in merchandising in the apparel industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software
