Job Description:

As the Merchandising Analyst- Hair Care, you will analyze and interpret sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving merchandising strategies. You will apply your in-depth knowledge in the development and execution of merchandising strategies, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and interpret sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving merchandising strategies
Conduct pricing and promotion analysis to optimize pricing strategies and promotional activities
Control logistics for assigned brands through the entire product line lifecycle
Complete industry research and retail pricing comparisons
Administer reports and dashboards to track and communicate sales performance, product metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Communicate results and recommendations to Sales and Marketing
Guide and train junior-level staff members on industry best practices
Conduct training for front-line team members

Requirements:

2+ years experience interpreting and analyzing data, providing insights to support business outcomes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
