Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a well-known Sports brand. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Merchandiser (sports retail) / Asst Manager to join them.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales, margin, and inventory turnover
Oversee product assortment planning, pricing strategies, and stock allocation to ensure market competitiveness
Assist the merchandising manager includes lead & mentoring, fostering a high-performance culture
Drive seasonal product planning and ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns
Utilize data analytics to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and evolving consumer preferences in the sports retail sector

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in merchandising team, preferably sports retail
Strong communication & analytical skills
Bachelor Degree
