Job Description:

An ambitious start-up Cost Consultancy based near Old Street is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to support their high-profile projects across London. This forward-thinking firm is founded by established industry professionals and is building a reputation for specialist, repeat-business-focused services with blue-chip clients. The consultancy is currently delivering complex refurbishments ranging from £13m to £80m, with feasibility studies underway on additional major schemes, including a potential £600m project due to commence later this year.

Job Responsibility:

Support high-profile projects across London
Produce cost plans, challenge subcontractor returns, interpret complex services designs
Potential for equity or leadership involvement as the practice grows

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years MEP Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Strong technical Pre-Contract MEP knowledge
Comfortable producing cost plans, challenging subcontractor returns and interpreting complex services designs
Experience with commercial office refurbishments preferred
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar, ideally MRICS or working towards
