Job Description:

A specialist, design-focused MEP cost consultancy is seeking a confident Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team known for their technical expertise across Government, high-rise, retail, and data centre projects. This role involves managing a portfolio of projects and working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of project delivery from early feasibility through to final account
  • Manage a portfolio of projects typically ranging from £3m to £120m+
  • Work alongside in-house Planners and Project Managers

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor or strong MEP QS ready to step up
  • Proven track record managing M&E packages across major projects
  • Experience with Government, high-rise residential, prison, retail or data centre projects desirable
  • Pre- and post-contract MEP cost planning and reporting expertise
  • RICS-accredited degree (e.g., Quantity Surveying or similar)
  • MRICS or MCIOB preferred, or actively working towards
