Job Description:

Join a dynamic, globally recognised cost management consultancy as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor. Work on high-profile projects across sectors like data centres, healthcare, commercial offices, and sports & leisure in London. This role offers a client-facing environment, opportunities to mentor junior team members, and a structured career path to Associate level.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering MEP cost consultancy services across all project stages
Helping to drive innovation within the team
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to the continued growth of the MEP offering

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards
Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
The desire & ability to mentor and manage more junior surveyors and help strengthen the MEP service
Strong client-facing and communication skills
