Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering MEP cost consultancy services across all project stages
  • Helping to drive innovation within the team
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the MEP offering

Requirements:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
  • The desire & ability to mentor and manage more junior surveyors and help strengthen the MEP service
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
