Job Description:

A top-tier, international construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join and help lead the next growth phase of their thriving M&E cost management division in Birmingham. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in building out a specialist MEP team within a high-performing, 100-strong office. You’ll work on major commercial, logistics, life sciences, and stadium projects, many of which are high-value, confidential international schemes via the Major Projects team.

Job Responsibility:

Responsibility for project delivery
Helping shape the team
Mentoring junior staff
Working alongside senior leaders to define the future of the division
Managing and growing a small M&E cost management team

Requirements:

Previous M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment
Client facing & professional
Ideally a RICS Accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying desirable) or other construction related degree
MRICS highly desirable or currently working towards
