We are a holding company that conducts exploration, development, mining, processing, smelting and refining operations in Indonesia.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for ensuring healthcare systems that are implemented have used the best efficient and support Manager Medical Services on all policy matters on health management functions
  • Develop, implement and maintains systems, policies, and procedures for the identification, collection, and analysis of healthcare management performance
  • Involving in review of health cost responsible and provide options to salary benefit department
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the site healthcare management through process improvements and better coordination with key stakeholders
  • Works closely with onsite clinic provider to ensures quality and validity all of employee’s medical data and documentation
  • Work directly with external health providers including health insurance and determine what can be done to improve overall care quality
  • Conducts review/audits of quality healthcare management
  • Provides administration of selected regulatory-required audits, including contracting with vendors, training, supervision of activities, on-site audit, analysis of results, and develops and implements resulting corrective action plans
  • Responsible in directing health-focused prevention program for dealing with key employees health issues
  • Responsible for devising effective health initiatives that educate employees and their dependents and promote healthy lifestyle choices across the site
  • Collaborate with the medical committee to review all referral case
  • Monitor onsite health facility operational including quality aspects and reported to Advisor Medical Services and HR Head Department
  • Effective approaches, in line with the company's core values and comply with prevailing laws and regulations
  • Provide, administer and execute the implementation of employee health & medical program on site
  • Liaise with external medical providers to ensure employees and their family are treated appropriately
  • Implement Corporate Safety Management System, processes and programs to ensure the conservation of people, property, environment and profits
  • Collaborate with industrial hygiene and occupational doctors in ensuring the monitoring & implementation of occupational disease prevention programs
  • Responsible for handling guest and the hospitality during on site
  • Administer all compensation and benefit budget to ensure it fits with the budget allocation
  • Implement agreed financial management processes and procedures to monitor actual expenditure and to control costs
  • Implement, monitor and modify agreed actions to maintain financial and overall project objectives throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Master’s in healthcare management is preferred
  • Having Hiperkes and Public Health certified is preferable
  • Valid STR
  • Background Medical Doctor with minimum 8 years' experience in medical field preferably in similar role as a Company Doctor
  • Minimum 5 years healthcare management experience in a mining industry
  • Have strong knowledge and deep understanding about Occupational Health program, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene and Food Safety, Medical Evacuation and Clinic Management
  • Understanding all Indonesia health regulations
  • Fully understand healthcare management
  • Up to date medical knowledge
  • Good understanding on Indonesia Medical System
  • Familiar in Information monitoring and database
  • Having good knowledge in Health Insurance
  • Excellent in Medical Emergency Management (remote site)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
