As a Sr. Global Media Specialist within our Global Media department, you will lead the development and implementation of our media strategy for Germany. This role requires a customer-centric approach to ensure we are connecting with our audience in the most impactful ways. You will work closely with our agency and in-house teams, using teamwork to deliver best-in-class media solutions. By balancing data-driven insights with creative strategy, you will help our brand care for our audience while staying committed to our high-growth goals.
Job Responsibility:
Develop Global Media strategies aligned with company objectives
Build measurement methodologies and testing roadmaps
Coach and mentor the Jr. Global Media Specialist
Provide insightful reports and recommendations to stakeholders
Localize global media principles and guidance for the German market
Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external business partners
Partner with the German Brand team
Take ownership of results and stay committed to continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven expertise in media advertising
Hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and analytics tools like Google Analytics
A track record of creating channel-agnostic media strategies
Ability to develop a deep understanding of internal and external partners
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Advanced level of written and spoken English
German language skills are a significant advantage
