Job Description

As a Sr. Global Media Specialist within our Global Media department, you will lead the development and implementation of our media strategy for Germany. This role requires a customer-centric approach to ensure we are connecting with our audience in the most impactful ways. You will work closely with our agency and in-house teams, using teamwork to deliver best-in-class media solutions. By balancing data-driven insights with creative strategy, you will help our brand care for our audience while staying committed to our high-growth goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop Global Media strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Build measurement methodologies and testing roadmaps
  • Coach and mentor the Jr. Global Media Specialist
  • Provide insightful reports and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Localize global media principles and guidance for the German market
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external business partners
  • Partner with the German Brand team
  • Take ownership of results and stay committed to continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in media advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • A track record of creating channel-agnostic media strategies
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of internal and external partners
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • German language skills are a significant advantage
