Our client, a leading integrated media agency in Dubai, is looking to hire a Senior Media Planner with a strong digital and strategic mindset. This role sits at the heart of planning excellence-working closely with clients, internal strategy teams, and channel specialists to deliver insight-led, performance-driven media plans. Job Responsibility:
Lead the development of integrated media strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital-first planning (Paid Social, Programmatic, Search, Video, OOH integration)
Translate client business objectives into data-led, insight-driven media plans
Own the planning process end-to-end: briefing, strategy, plan development, optimisation frameworks, and post-campaign analysis
Work closely with activation, performance, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
Present media strategies, plans, and results confidently to senior client stakeholders
Identify opportunities for innovation, testing, and optimisation across digital channels
Support and mentor junior planners, contributing to team development and best practices
Stay up to date with market trends, platform updates, and emerging media opportunities in the MENA region
Requirements:
5-8+ years’ experience in a media or digital agency, with proven planning experience
Strong digital planning expertise across key channels (Paid Social, Programmatic, Search, Online Video)
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect media planning to broader business objectives
Confident working directly with clients and presenting strategic recommendations
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform planning decisions
Experience working on regional or local MENA accounts is highly advantageous
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
