Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Media Planner/Strategist to support campaign planning and execution with a Pharma client in Philadelphia. This role will manage media activities from partner vetting through launch, ensuring campaigns meet compliance requirements, perform effectively, and align with overall brand strategy. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare media expertise and thrives in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end‑to‑end media planning for DTC and HCP campaigns across oncology brands
  • Develop RFPs, build tactical media plans, and support vendor evaluation and presentations
  • Provide strategic input on channel mix, partner selection, and initial budget allocations
  • Oversee media partner onboarding, campaign setup, performance monitoring, and optimization
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on campaign launches, reporting, and in‑flight adjustments
  • Maintain media flowcharts, manage creation of traffic workbooks, and track creative assets
  • Execute technical deliverables, including creative specs, brand safety requirements, and ad verification setup
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to pharma regulations and internal compliance standards
  • Assist with partner negotiations and maintain strong agency/vendor relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of media planning experience, ideally within pharma or healthcare
  • Strong understanding of HCP media channels, including EHR, endemic platforms, email, search, and social
  • Familiarity with MLR processes and the pharmaceutical regulatory landscape
  • Experience with media buying platforms, ad servers, and ad verification tools
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
