  • Partner with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Oversee and assist with execution and performance across: Paid Search (Google, Microsoft), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), Programmatic & Display, CTV/OTT platforms
  • Become an expert on automation platforms: create account templates, execute mass changes, and troubleshoot/QA updates
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve CPA, ROAS, and overall performance
  • Lead testing strategies including A/B testing, incrementality testing, and conversion optimization
  • Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and attribution frameworks are in place
  • Manage client billing communications and lead reconciliation of monthly billing across platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, platforms, and partners
  • Evaluate and test new and emerging channels

  • Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support advanced measurement approaches and attribution strategies
  • Present monthly and ad hoc performance reports to clients
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members
  • Delegate effectively and ensure high-quality output
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and best practices
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients
  • Lead client meetings and presentations
  • Build strong, trusted client relationships

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of agency experience in paid media and campaign management
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns ($100K+/month per client
  • $1M+/month portfolio preferred)
  • Strong expertise in: Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
