In this newly created position, as Senior Media Manager, you will deliver and execute media buying strategies across digital, social, television, radio, print, and emerging platforms. Reporting to the Head of Creative and Media Services, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, testing new channels, piloting cutting‑edge formats and unlocking fresh opportunities through data, technology and partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver and execute media buying strategies across digital, social, television, radio, print, and emerging platforms
Lead and inspire both external media partners and an in‑house media team, taking ownership of vendor management, rate negotiations and value‑driven placements
Translate marketing objectives and audience insights into channel strategies, flighting, and buying tactics (reach, frequency, efficiency, and effectiveness)
Lead negotiations with publishers, broadcasters, platforms, and retail media networks to secure inventory, value-adds, and favourable terms
Monitor pacing, bid strategies, creative rotation, audience segments, frequency caps, and viewability
implement test-and-learn frameworks (A/B and multivariate)
Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging, landing experiences, and conversion paths
Requirements:
Extensive experience in media in a large & complex organisation, including leading an inhouse buying team
Proven track record in media buying and planning across multiple channels, including digital, programmatic, social, and traditional media
Hands-on experience with key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and demand-side platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
Strong negotiation skills with publishers, networks, and media vendors to secure competitive rates and added value
Experience in budget management and reconciliation, ensuring accurate allocation and cost efficiency
Familiarity with emerging media trends and technologies, such as CTV, retail media networks, and dynamic creative optimisation
