Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Maintenance (or equivalent experience)
Millwright license is considered an asset
3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GMP-regulated environments strongly preferred

Job Responsibility

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including: HVAC
Electrical and plumbing systems
Compressed air and gas systems
Purified Water (PW) and Water for Injection (WFI)
Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and environmental regulations
Support facility inspections, audits, validations, and calibration activities
Assist in closing deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
Collaborate with Engineering and Production to implement facility improvements and prevent equipment failures
