Job Description:

Seeking a Sr. Mechanical PM with experience delivering HVAC and Plumbing solutions for commercial projects for this great direct placement opportunity. Our client is a leading firm in the mechanical construction industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality HVAC and plumbing solutions for commercial projects. Job Responsibility:

Lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution
Prepare and manage necessary project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Monitor field progress and maintain communication with senior management regarding project status

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
3–7+ years of project management experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing systems
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and specifications
Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and Bluebeam
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Manufacturer training certifications (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, etc.)
Experience with building management systems (BMS) integration
Strong customer service skills and ability to manage client relationships
OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
