Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level project design and review of project documents, ensuring design quality for complex projects across various sectors including commercial developments, healthcare facilities, and more
Serve as a technical specialist, applying advanced engineering concepts and developing innovative approaches to solve complex challenges
Perform rigorous QA/QC to ensure the delivery of designs that meet quality standards and project objectives
Conduct research and advise on technical solutions in areas of considerable scope and complexity
Direct and advise staff on design approaches to ensure project requirements are fulfilled
Promote efficiencies and high-quality output within the team, contributing to the development of standards and guidelines for engineering activities
Supervise and review the technical assignments of less experienced engineers, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Must be a registered Professional Engineer with at least eight years of progressive engineering experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with a comprehensive understanding of International Building Codes
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well with a team
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
