Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Complex Projects: Serve as the primary engineer on large, multi-disciplinary projects with advanced technical requirements
  • Set Quality Standards: Develop and enforce rigorous QA/QC processes to ensure flawless deliverables
  • Mentor and Elevate: Provide technical guidance and training to engineers, fostering growth and innovation within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience with proven success on complex building systems and multi-industry projects
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Expertise in HVAC design for vertical infrastructure (healthcare, labs, mission-critical facilities)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
