Job Responsibility:
Lead Complex Projects: Serve as the primary engineer on large, multi-disciplinary projects with advanced technical requirements
Set Quality Standards: Develop and enforce rigorous QA/QC processes to ensure flawless deliverables
Mentor and Elevate: Provide technical guidance and training to engineers, fostering growth and innovation within the team
Strategic Oversight: Organize technical resources, review contracts, and guide design strategies to meet project goals

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
8+ years of mechanical engineering experience with proven success on complex building systems and multi-industry projects
Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Expertise in HVAC design for vertical infrastructure (healthcare, labs, mission-critical facilities)
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
