Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maximo Technical Consultant/Lead Developer to architect, design, and implement comprehensive IBM Maximo solutions for enterprise asset management. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Maximo platform customization, integration frameworks, and will provide technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Maximo solutions
  • Architect and develop complex custom applications using Maximo Application Designer and Workflow Designer
  • Implement sophisticated business logic through advanced Automation Scripts (Jython/JavaScript) and deep Java class/bean customizations
  • Design and execute enterprise-scale integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and REST APIs
  • Optimize system performance through advanced database configuration, indexing, and relationship management
  • Develop and govern complex Conditional UI configurations, escalation workflows, and business rule implementations
  • Design and oversee integrations with external ERP, CRM, and financial systems using REST/SOAP web services and middleware platforms
  • Develop custom Java extensions and frameworks to extend core Maximo functionality
  • Create and optimize complex SQL/PL-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database objects for Oracle and SQL Server
  • Lead the implementation of middleware solutions using IBM App Connect, MuleSoft, or Azure Logic Apps
  • Establish and govern DevOps practices including source control with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/Azure DevOps
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship to development teams, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients
  • Define and enforce Maximo development best practices, standards, and implementation strategies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with the IBM Maximo platform
  • Expert-level proficiency in Maximo 7.6.x and/or MAS 8/9
  • Mastery of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and REST API integration patterns
  • Advanced skills in Automation Scripting (Jython, JavaScript)
  • Strong enterprise Java development skills for deep customization of Maximo classes and beans
  • Extensive experience with Workflow Designer, Application Designer, and database configuration
  • Proven experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP web services and working with JSON/XML
  • Solid SQL/PL-SQL expertise for Oracle and SQL Server
  • Hands-on experience with middleware platforms (IBM App Connect, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps)
  • Proficiency with development tools (Eclipse/VS Code, Postman/SoapUI) and modern DevOps practices (Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins/Azure DevOps)
