Minimum of 3 years of experience in material testing and analysis
Strong understanding of material properties and their impact on product performance
Experience with material characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, and XRD
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods for data interpretation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences

Job Responsibility

Conduct tests on different materials to evaluate their performance, durability, and safety
Design and implement laboratory procedures for material testing
Interpret and analyze test results to provide feedback to product developers and design engineers
Develop and implement test methods and standards based on project requirements
Assist in material selection processes for different industries and applications
Maintain detailed documentation of all material testing processes and results
Collaborate with other engineers and scientists to develop new materials with desired properties
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all material testing procedures
Provide recommendations for material improvements and innovations
