Job Description:

The Role Title of Senior Material Sourcing Specialist for Crocs, Inc., is responsible for Crocs and Heydude brand material source. The position works closely with internal teams and T2 suppliers to ensure materials meet requirements on quality, cost, lead time, and compliance, supporting China and Southeast Asia production.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support sourcing and management of T2 material suppliers (textile, synthetic, leather, outsole, insole, etc.)
  • Coordinate material development and sampling, including timeline tracking and supplier follow‑up
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance alignment
  • Maintain material and supplier data in Centric, including material creation and updates
  • Support seasonal material lists, color allocation, and BOM accuracy
  • Collaborate with Material Development, Costing, Quality, and PE teams
  • Support COO tracking, performance scorecards, and regular reporting
  • Follow up on ETD, MOQ, capacity, and risk items with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Materials / Footwear / Supply Chain preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in material sourcing, development, or supplier management
  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations
  • Familiar with T1/T2 sourcing model and material development flow
  • Experience with Centric or PLM systems preferred
  • Strong follow‑up skills, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Mandarin required
