Job Description

The Concord Municipal Light Plant is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Master Mechanic to maintain and repair the diverse fleet of vehicles and specialized equipment that support the delivery of reliable electric service to the Concord community. This hands-on position is responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs, coordinating inspections and equipment purchases, and helping maximize the safety, reliability, and longevity of CMLP assets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive heavy and light-duty vehicle repair experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced public utility environment.
