Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Master Data Analyst to support our Master Data operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data, which is essential for efficient system performance, reliable downstream processing, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across various business functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for vendor master data, including creation, maintenance, and synchronization with multiple integrated tools (e.g., Workday, Concur)
  • Collect, verify, and accurately create new vendor accounts in SAP
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and relevance of all master data, performing periodic audits to maintain compliance with internal controls and data standards
  • Collaborate with regional counterparts and cross-functional teams to streamline Master Data Management processes and contribute to Finance transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Resolve service requests via the internal ticketing system and provide guidance and support to junior MDM analysts on complex data challenges and governance requirements
  • Maintain master data according to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and internal control requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Chinese
  • 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) preferably within a Finance or Shared Service Center (SSC) environment
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor Degree
