Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with developers, UX and product designers, strategists, architects, test engineers, delivery managers and other technology experts to deliver high-quality software
  • Work with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges and pain points
  • then shape solutions to solve them
  • Define and prioritise requirements for new or existing digital products and communicate these to the development team
  • Take responsibility for defining a vision for the product
  • Own the product roadmap
  • Act as a liaison between our clients, third parties and development teams
  • Act as a guardian for the quality of the work produced by your project team(s)
  • Provide a first point of escalation for major project issues
  • Use your experience and perspective on the practice of Agile product management to help guide our practices and processes
  • Help set the strategic agenda for the Product Practice
  • Share knowledge and support more junior members informally
  • Build strong working relationships with clients at all levels
  • Help the Product Practice, and other teams you work in, by providing the client and customer context for decisions

Requirements

  • Demonstrable working experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the digital / technology space
  • Experience in partnering with engineers and designers and leading product prioritisation and delivery of user-facing functionality
  • A proven track record of delivering high profile, user-oriented solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Superlative client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients of all levels
  • Experience of Agile development and product management methodologies
  • Proven track record for leading through influence, guiding multiple teams with a product vision, and generating excitement for your work
  • A strong level of commercial awareness and a strategic mind with the ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to delivering against them for clients
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment whilst juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to bridge and align marketing and technology stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to challenge requirements, say no when needed, and manage scope creep to protect delivery and product value

  • Strong marketing and customer domain experience, with a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, customer experience thinking and data-driven measurement
