Job Description

The Markets Operations COO Business Execution role is responsible for a range of different activities including financial management, resource administration, location strategy execution and third-party management. This role involves being part of a diverse, global team to successfully support and facilitate a global, complex Operations organisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Financial management of expense lines including permanent and non-permanent employees, travel and expense, relocation and software
  • Complete, timely and accurate financial reporting to respective stakeholders and related query management
  • Hiring and resource administration alongside appropriate controls and a robust audit trail
  • Analysis and monitoring of Operations transaction costing
  • Location strategy execution and governance of associated administration, regulation and risk management
  • Governance of third-party usage and location footprint with respect to the location strategy and Continuity of Business requirements
  • Produce executive-grade reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management and relevant stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies driven by location choices, leveraging automation, AI, and new technologies

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience into Business Execution and understanding of Markets / Capital markets Products
  • Impactful written and verbal communicator to stakeholders across a range of functions and seniority
