The Senior Marketing Strategist will own the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, and customer‑centric insights across our portfolio. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, independent execution, and the ability to operate as a trusted marketing partner to commercial, product, and scientific stakeholders. Job Responsibility
Develop and own strategic marketing plans aligned to business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs
Craft differentiated value propositions, positioning, and messaging for life sciences products and solutions
Translate complex scientific, technical, and clinical concepts into clear, compelling customer stories
Synthesize insights from KOLs, customers, field teams, and market data to identify growth opportunities
Monitor industry trends across biotech, pharma, diagnostics, medtech, or adjacent life sciences sectors
Lead end-to-end go-to-market initiatives, from concept development through launch and optimization
Own and execute the annual marketing campaign calendar within budget
Align marketing campaign with the goal of enhancing the customer journey
Partner with Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Application teams to ensure alignment
Develop strategic marketing assets, campaigns, and enablement tools that support commercial execution
Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to internal stakeholders without direct authority
Proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive initiatives forward independently
Define success metrics and measure the impact of marketing initiatives
Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred but not required)
3– 5+ years of strategic marketing experience within the life sciences industry (biotech, pharma, diagnostics, medtech, tools, or services)
Proven ability to operate as a self-starter in an individual contributor role
Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans
