The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of Head Quarters / Group marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share in ROA and Pacific region. This position requires a result-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist with combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for marketing.
Job Responsibility:
Lead sub-regional marketing budget process by working closely with Sales Heads & Segment Leaders in ROA and Pacific and HQ marketing
Conduct in-depth market research (internal & external data source) to identify market, industry/application trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support TLIP development
Plan and execute company brand promotion activities, including exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, advertisements etc.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns, events, etc.
Coordinate translating, compiling, designing and managing of all the product marketing materials
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, events, using relevant analytics tools on key KPIs such as leads generated, engagement rates, etc.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer conversion efforts and communicate success stories and learnings across the organization
Lead market survey project and evaluate market feedback, provide proposal for company strategy
Lead digital marketing in ROA and Pacific
develop and manage the content across digital platforms (website, email, social media, etc.)
Ensure all marketing activities, communications and events comply with internal guidelines and external regulatory standards
Support WIBU Sales team in ROA and Pacific on Marcom activities and strategic marketing initiative development
Coordinate with HQ marketing to execute group marketing initiatives in in ROA and Pacific region
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, commerce, or a related field like engineering
5 years plus experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in organizing marcom events
APAC market exposure required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
Analytical skills to interpret market data
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to support developing innovative marketing strategies
