We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist to support our clinical commercial marketing activities. This role focuses on turning complex clinical and product messaging into clear, practical marketing assets that support real-world adoption. You will work closely with Product, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Customer Success teams in a matrixed, fast-moving environment, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. This is a senior individual contributor role, where impact comes from execution, coordination, and ownership of outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Develop presentations, one-pagers, and campaign assets for U.S. commercial use
Translate clinical messaging into clear, audience-specific materials
Support campaigns and industry events, including preparation and follow-up
Ensure Customer Success and commercial teams are equipped with the right materials for customer and referring physician interactions
Coordinate asset updates, distribution, and availability across teams
Gather field feedback and support continuous improvement of materials
Track usage and effectiveness of marketing assets and campaigns
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare, medtech, diagnostics, or health SaaS marketing
Strong hands-on ability to create marketing materials and support campaigns
Comfortable working with clinical, scientific, and commercial stakeholders
Ability to operate independently in a cross-functional environment
Organized, pragmatic, and focused on delivering high-quality outputs
Comfortable working with tools such as CRM / marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot), Presentation and content tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva, Gamma), Basic analytics and reporting tools
