Instructure is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to enhance their Partners program by executing marketing initiatives, improving partner engagement, and crafting compelling content tailored for the edtech sector. The Partners Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the growth and success of Instructure’s Partners program. In this role, you will help bring the value of our ecosystem to life for edtech companies by executing marketing initiatives, enhancing our presence and reach, expanding our partner database, and ensuring programs are launched and supported with excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Help articulate and elevate the value of the Instructure Partner Program through updated website pages, collateral, case studies, partner spotlights, and ecosystem-focused content
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales to identify partner success stories and turn them into compelling marketing assets
Support creation and refinement of messaging that resonates with edtech companies evaluating partnership opportunities
Ensure marketing tasks and partner program activities are executed accurately, on time, and with high-quality follow-through
Collaborate with Sales to support outreach efforts, improve lead handoff, and equip teams with updated decks, one-pagers, and partner-facing materials
Coordinate with Customer Success to identify case study candidates, gather testimonials, and communicate partner value through shared assets
Maintain clear project plans, documentation, and timelines to keep all stakeholders aligned
Contribute to expanding our partner prospect database through list building, segmentation, data hygiene, and research-driven sourcing
Explore and test new channels to reach edtech companies—such as ecosystem showcases, targeted nurtures, social amplification, content syndication, webinars, or spotlight programs
Recommend creative approaches for improving engagement and widening the reach of our partner value proposition
Execute partner marketing activities such as email programs, webinars, co-marketing efforts, and events—in alignment with established strategies and priorities
Support event planning and execution (virtual and in-person), managing logistics, promotion, communications, and follow-up tasks
Manage operational components essential to partner marketing success: segmentation, list management, workflow setup, documentation, and process improvements
Keep systems organized and up-to-date to ensure smooth execution across all marketing activities
Manage external vendors supporting content, events, or digital programs
Monitor program and campaign performance using Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Outreach, and internal reporting dashboards
Analyze results, partner engagement signals, and lead flow to identify opportunities for improvement
Recommend adjustments to tactics, channels, or assets based on insights and business needs
Proactively identify gaps or opportunities across operations, content, or processes—and propose solutions without waiting for instruction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5–10+ years of experience in marketing execution, partner marketing, events, or demand gen—ideally in SaaS or edtech
Strong proficiency with Marketo (or equivalent) and working knowledge of campaign, nurture, or operational setup
Familiarity with Salesforce, ABM tools (Demandbase preferred), webinar platforms, and general martech components
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong analytical capabilities—comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into action
Demonstrated creativity in storytelling, content creation, event promotion, or channel experimentation
A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and drive work forward independently
