As a Senior Marketing & Sales Analytics Manager, you'll spearhead our analytics function within the Nordics region, providing crucial data insights that drive business performance and inform strategic decisions.

Lead a team of analytics professionals, foster analytical excellence, and serve as a bridge between the analytics team and business stakeholders
Support the Group function with rollout of new capabilities to region and ensure local markets in Nordics are fully supported with local analyses
Develop and implement Nordic analytics strategies across marketing and sales
Partner with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that inform media investment decisions and ecommerce strategies
Manage the development of reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to Marketing & Sales and Commercial teams
Ensure data robustness through continuous automation and implementation of AI measures/capabilities
Oversee tracking of digital sales performance against forecasts and baselines, providing detailed analysis of performance drivers to optimize revenue and conversion across web and app
Work closely with business stakeholders on analytics support and with Group Analytics function to ensure alignment on platforms, data sources, and value-creation through data
Help shape customer analytics strategy, delivering segmentation, behavioral insights, and activation opportunities that accelerate personalization across CRM and sales channels
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing and sales analytics, ideally within the travel or e-commerce sector
Success in leading analytics teams and developing and coaching team members
Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution, and performance measurement
Experience with forecasting methodologies and reporting
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools and analytics platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to communicate fluently in a Nordic language and English
