A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to support a global team. This temporary role is expected to last over one year and is based in a professional environment. Job Responsibility

  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including schedules, stakeholder mapping, communications, and documentation in Workfront
  • Identify opportunities for synergies across different projects and facilitate connections within the organization
  • Serve as the primary owner and source of truth for each project, maintaining clarity on context, stakeholders, statuses, and artifacts
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, reviews, and forums, ensuring agendas and recaps are timely and actionable
  • Monitor project deliverables intricately, flag potential delays, and escalate issues as needed
  • Keep all project team members informed about progress and deadlines throughout project lifecycles
  • Set up and maintain Workfront projects for resource planning, reporting, and auditing, ensuring real-time updates
  • Maintain high levels of organization and responsiveness to stakeholder needs, providing follow-up and support
  • Lead project team members through the marketing operating model, recommending process improvements
  • Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork by contributing wherever required to maintain project momentum

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience managing marketing projects, preferably in financial institutions or regulated companies
  • Proven success in handling multiple complex projects on a global scale with dependable results
  • Strong leadership skills to confidently facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized with excellent communication skills
  • Self-sufficient and resourceful, capable of resolving issues independently
  • Deep understanding of creative deliverables such as social media, content, video, branding, and web assets
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or comparable project management tools
  • Ability to proactively seek feedback and adapt positively to critique
  • Experience with the development and execution of marketing initiatives in regulated environments
