As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll lead, inspire, and coach our Marketing Fundraising Operations Team, who support colleagues across the Mass Fundraising Acquisition Marketing (MFAM) and Retention and Customer Journeys (RCJ) teams. You’ll help shape high-performing systems and processes, ensuring everyone achieves their objectives and key results while driving innovation and collaboration. Working closely with managers, you’ll provide resourcing oversight, drive forward strategic projects with operational excellence, and ensure consistency across teams, fostering a culture that celebrates opportunity-spotting and continuous improvement. This role offers you the unique opportunity to work with a range of fundraising specialists, contribute to priority campaigns and projects, and play a vital part in delivering our mission.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of acquisition and retention marketing
Knowledge of fundraising legislation, sector policy and finance processes
Ability to lead, coach and motivate a small high-performing Operations team
Collaborative approach to communicate complex ideas clearly, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and influence outcomes
Experienced operational manager with project management skills including scoping, design, delivery and evaluation
Ability to analyse data to drive continuous improvement
Comfortable using relationship and financial management systems
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and use judgement to achieve results
