Job Description:

The Senior Marketing Manager will drive marketing initiatives for Corporate and Institutional Banking, collaborating globally and locally to boost revenue growth, enhance client engagement, and solidify the bank’s presence. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing events, leveraging digital tools, and driving strategy for growth segments. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, leadership, and teamwork in an Agile environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop local media plans which connect with group and support local and global business and client marketing objectives
  • Drive media optimisation and strong ROI
  • Maintain relationships with local agency partners to negotiate strong agreements and maintain high quality of service
  • Serve as POC for the global content and campaigns teams to identify potential content pieces which would supplement a regional runway
  • Activate the global awards strategy
  • Develop and implement local direct-to-client marketing campaigns to achieve CIB business goals and objectives
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic events
  • Leverage and add to event toolkits to ensure consistent execution of events
  • Interlock developments in the Global MarTech platforms to ensure running the latest systems possible
  • Drive PWS local strategies and runways to ensure content is up to date and driving outcomes
  • Provide systems support and guidance to the Business Marketing teams
  • Support the marketing strategy for key segments of growth
  • Develop marketing programs that support deal origination and client acquisition
  • Track and analyse performance metrics for all activity
  • Utilise data insights to continuously refine marketing strategies
  • Advocate for insight for marketing and go-to-market activities
  • Influence and work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Promote Agile Principles and foster a collaborative working environment

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on commercial marketing within global banking or financial services
  • Proven ability to translate client and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills within global, matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
