Partner with leading-edge logic customers to translate technology roadmaps, process integration strategies, and node requirements into aligned product and market strategies
Distill customer roadmaps into patterning strategy frameworks, including development of layer stack scenarios to support long-term corporate planning processes
Analyze market trends and develop customer capacity scenarios to forecast demand for ASML’s lithography solutions
Develop and own Cost of Ownership (CoO) and value models, clearly articulating product differentiation and customer value propositions
Act as a key integrator across business lines, account teams, and strategy functions to ensure consistent alignment on roadmap and go-to-market priorities
Build and leverage a strong external network across customers, ecosystem partners, and industry experts to continuously enhance market intelligence and strategic influence
Requirements
5–10+ years in the semiconductor industry, preferably within a leading advanced logic foundry environment
Strong hands-on background in process integration, device/process engineering, or patterning/lithography domains
Deep understanding of advanced node scaling, process flows, and cost-performance trade-offs
Proven ability to translate complex technology insights into strategic and commercial implications
Strong analytical capabilities in capacity modeling, market sizing, and value (CoO/ROI) analysis
Established network within the semiconductor ecosystem (customers, peer companies, research bodies, analysts)
Demonstrated ability to influence across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders, driving alignment and decision-making
Highly analytical and structured, with a strong data-driven mindset
Clear and persuasive narrative communicator, comfortable engaging at both technical expert and executive levels
Independent, critical thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
Proactive and forward-looking, with a strong drive to explore and build expertise in new domains
Masters/PhD in Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
