As our Senior Marketing Manager & Pursuit Strategist, you’ll take a strategic, systematic, and hands-on role in how we win new work and amplify our story. This is a key position where you’ll collaborate with firm leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to develop compelling marketing proposals. Success in this role requires attention to detail, proactivity, and strategic thinking as you manage data and contacts, refine external communications, and elevate how we engage with clients, partners, and the public.
Job Responsibility:
Research and analyze opportunities to craft tailored proposal responses that reflect Integrus’ unique strengths and alignment with client needs
Collaborate with focus groups and pursuit leaders to define strategy, plan content, and guide pursuit development
Maintain accurate calendars of upcoming pursuits and speaking engagements, along with well-organized records and tools for efficient data retrieval
Lead, manage, and produce proposals using strategic storytelling and visual communication to create winning qualifications packages, interview presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral
Partner with principals to develop RFQ’s, shaping compelling narratives, coordinating technical content, and ensuring compliance with client requirements
Coordinate and facilitate interview preparation with principals and pursuit teams, including messaging alignment, rehearsals, and strategic coaching to deliver client-focused presentations
Support the organization and upkeep of a growing, well-structured library of marketing assets, templates, and content
Engage with key team members across the firm to ensure messaging consistently aligns with Integrus’ identity, values, and design philosophy
Promote a cohesive, positive message across all firm communications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing or communications
Must have experience within the AEC industry & K-12
A solid understanding of the architectural and public sector design world
Proven expertise in crafting, editing, and producing high-quality accurate written and visual content
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and project management skills
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign and Photoshop (Canva is a bonus!)
Strong time management and multitasking abilities, you can juggle multiple pursuits with confidence
An interest in architecture, design, and how the built environment shapes lives
