Bioptimus is building the first universal AI foundation model for biology to fuel breakthrough discoveries and accelerate innovation in biomedicine. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role directly responsible for the core marketing infrastructure and tactical execution across the full funnel.
Job Responsibility:
Digital Infrastructure & Campaign Setup: Onboard and integrate new Marketing AI tools and agents into the stack
Finalize all distribution channels (paid media, GEO/SEO/SEM targets) and manage budget allocation for all campaigns
Establish a rigorous A/B testing framework by setting up landing pages and ad copy to continuously refine and optimize messaging
Manage the corporate website as a lead capture and performance asset
Lead Generation & Activation: Own the end-to-end launch and management of all digital campaigns, social media blasts, and email sequences
Conduct daily monitoring and optimization of channel performance, with a relentless focus on conversion rates and Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Ensure alignment of inbound efforts with outbound demand generation strategy
Coordinate the end-to-end operational logistics for all major launch events and industry trade shows
Funnel Optimization & Nurturing: Continuously A/B test and refine every step of the marketing funnel to improve overall conversion efficiency
Develop and execute advanced lead nurturing paths to effectively convert MQLs into pipeline
Expand the keyword strategy based on post-launch search data and user intent, with a focus on optimization for AI Search Engines (GEO)
Drive the development of marketing-sourced opportunities (Funnel Build)
Reporting & Content Support: Produce comprehensive Return on Investment (ROI) reports on launch performance and key learnings
Develop core presentation decks, battle cards, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to directly support the sales team
Gather data and draft detailed case studies on early customer successes and clinical impact
Requirements:
8+ years in marketing leadership or similar roles, with proven hands-on work experience as an individual contributor in digital performance
Extensive experience with GTM execution and new product launches in complex B2B environments
Demonstrable track record of designing, implementing, and delivering measurable growth through successful marketing campaigns
Educational background in Science (BSc., MSc., or PhD) or equivalent professional experience that provides a strong understanding of complex scientific domains
Expert level in executing marketing programs specifically targeted at Pharma & Biotech personas
Strong understanding of SaaS / software business models
Proven track record with digital performance, content marketing, and sales development integration
Previous experience with brand management and leveraging content as a demand generation tool
Familiarity with AI models and their application in the life sciences (early research, clinical development, biomarker discovery, and diagnostics)
Proactive approach that thrives in a fast-moving, quickly changing atmosphere
Nice to have:
