We’re partnering with an industry leading building-materials client looking to bring on a Marketing Leader focused on a high-growth, contractor-facing channel across a multi-location distribution network. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own marketing strategy and execution for a nationwide contractor distribution channel—driving engagement with contractors, installers, and trade professionals across 50+ locations nationwide.
Job Responsibility
Lead marketing strategy and execution for a contractor pro services channel
Drive local and national marketing campaigns that increase traffic, awareness, and sales across branch locations
Plan and execute events and trade shows (regional + national)
Support local branch marketing activations and sales promotions
Create and manage social media and digital campaigns targeting contractors
Develop email marketing and HubSpot CRM campaigns
Design in-store signage, marketing, and promotional materials using Canva
Partner with sales, product, and supplier teams to launch and promote product lines
Manage vendor relationships and co-marketing initiatives
Oversee content creation and execution across internal and external teams
Track and optimize campaign performance
Requirements
4+ years of marketing experience in building materials, flooring/tile, installation products, or contractor supply
Strong understanding of contractor / trade audiences and how to drive engagement at the local level
Experience in: event marketing and trade shows, channel / field / branch marketing, content and social media management, email marketing and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
Experience working with multi-location distribution or branch networks
Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
