Job Responsibility:
Designing and delivering innovative, insight-led marketing strategies
Leading multi-channel campaigns to promote events, products, and services
Driving product launches and brand engagement across multiple audiences
Overseeing content creation, from concept through to delivery
Managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI
Collaborating with external agencies and suppliers to maximise impact
Mentoring and coaching your team to achieve high performance
Shaping brand identity, tone of voice and market positioning
Ensuring customer data is used effectively and responsibly via CRM platforms
Influencing strategic decision-making at senior level
Requirements:
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications or Business
Experience in leading marketing for a growing, multi-brand business
Proven ability to drive campaigns that influence and convert
Strong creative instincts and sharp content skills
Experience working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Strategic planning ability with a hands-on mindset
A team-first approach, with a passion for coaching and developing talent
Commercial awareness and strong budget management experience
Desirable: familiarity with B2B engineering, packaging, or manufacturing sectors
