We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with experience in payments to manage the planning and execution of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns. This role will play a critical part in driving growth across target industries within the USA, building brand awareness, and delivering measurable pipeline contribution. You will be hands-on with campaign execution while also contributing on shaping strategy with the Head of Regional Marketing, NA who is based in Toronto, working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams within the USA to align go-to-market activities. This is an ideal role for a senior marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and understands how to position a disruptive payments solution against incumbent banks and competitors.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across channels
Develop vertical campaigns (e.g., import/export, retail, eCommerce etc) tailored to specific buyer pain points in payments
Drive 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM programs, ensuring Sales is equipped with vertical insights, value props, and tailored assets
Shape clear, differentiated messaging around cross-border payments, speed, transparency, and cost control
Work with product and regional teams to adapt content for different markets
Partner with Sales on pipeline generation, account targeting, and campaign follow-up to maximise ROI
Own campaign performance dashboards, tracking KPIs such as leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity, and ROI
Manage flagship events, thought leadership webinars, and partner activations to increase market visibility
Requirements:
6–8 years of B2B marketing experience
At least 3+ years in payments
Proven track record of running integrated demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and the challenges faced by SMEs and enterprises when dealing with banks
Hands-on experience with ABM platforms and campaign execution (e.g., Apollo, Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation)
Data-driven mindset, comfortable with reporting on KPIs and optimising campaigns
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns across the USA
Experience working in high-growth fintech or SaaS environments is highly desirable
