The Capital One Brand team is responsible for positioning and differentiating the Capital One brand and empowering teams across the enterprise to deliver a cohesive and powerful brand experience – to our associates, customers, prospects and the community at large. We are seeking a strategic, results-focused Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution to deliver end-to-end brand strategies for the enterprise. In this high-impact role, you will direct a robust, enterprise-wide associate engagement program designed to drive brand protection and advocacy. This includes owning the strategic direction and execution of immersive strategies such as content management, associate activations and branded merchandise. You will operate as a critical cross-functional leader, forging and influencing high-value partnerships across the enterprise to ensure marketing plans are strategically aligned and delivered with maximum impact across all channels. Leveraging your deep industry expertise you will actively influence and shape breakthrough strategies that deliver measurable business results. You will serve as a key collaborator with marketing strategy partners, internally and externally, to champion and expand brand advocacy and education.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 8 years of experience in a brand strategy or marketing
At least 8 years of experience in project management
At least 8 years of experience working with creative teams
Nice to have:
At least 4 years of experience in creating and delivering presentations
At least 4 years of experience working with a Fortune 500 brand
Experience with communication strategy and/or event marketing
