This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile and proactive marketing manager to support PA’s global sectors – Energy, Utilities and Transport - and to help deliver high-impact marketing activity across our Nordics region (Denmark, Norway and Sweden). Based in Norway and sitting within our global marketing organisation, you will work closely with sector marketing leads, regional leadership, subject-matter experts, and our inhouse creative, digital and PR teams to activate compelling campaigns that grow our presence, strengthen client relationships, and elevate PA’s brand across the Nordics. This includes shaping local execution of global priorities, tailoring campaigns for regional audiences, and helping amplify the profiles of key regional leaders - driving both awareness and commercial impact. We’re looking for a curious, resilient marketer with excellent stakeholder skills and strong commercial instincts - someone who thrives in a professional services environment, can navigate complex organisations, and is energised by the opportunity to build a brand in a growing region.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the development of global sector marketing strategies by sharing insights from local business priorities, client needs, and key relationships
Identify and shape sector‑specific marketing opportunities across Energy & Utilities and Transport, translating global priorities into impactful regional plans
Localise and execute integrated campaigns across events, digital channels, PR, social media, and partnerships - ensuring global messaging resonates with Nordics audiences
Shape and adapt compelling points of view with sector experts to ensure relevance in the Nordics market
Support the creation of buyer journeys and campaign workflows tailored to Nordics audiences
Collaborate with digital and content teams to develop and activate compelling sector-led and regionally relevant content across web, social, email and paid channels
Strengthen PA’s brand presence across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with PA’s purpose and values
Build and execute visibility strategies for PA’s key regional leaders (e.g., thought leadership, speaking opportunities, social amplification, media engagement)
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to sector leaders and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global brand and marketing best practice
Manage marketing budgets, reporting and KPIs for campaign activity, contributing to global marketing performance tracking
Contribute to CRM accuracy, audience development, and performance reporting to support account-based marketing and regional pipeline growth
Track, measure and optimise campaign performance, using insights to refine future activity
Shape and execute impactful client events and executive roundtables that deepen relationships, showcase PA’s expertise, and support priority account growth
Support priority account and client development activities through targeted, issue-led marketing
Build strong internal networks across sector teams, country leadership, and wider global marketing functions to ensure alignment and maximise impact
Requirements:
Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services, consulting, or a related sector
Strong experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, events, PR and content
Proactive, highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines while working collaboratively
Strong team player with the ability to build relationships across all levels
Creative and analytical approach, with interest in testing new ideas and improving performance
Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working across multiple teams and seniority levels
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
Experience in or familiarity in the Nordics market
Knowledge of Energy & Utilities and/or Transport sector is beneficial but not essential
