The Senior Marketing Manager leads the marketing team. They are seen as a leader on all commercial activities related to Travelsim, with solid commercial knowledge of the industry, channels/partners, competition challenges. The role takes overall responsibility for driving maximum growth of Vodafone’s Travel Sim business worldwide, including definition and execution of pricing, proposition, market communication strategy & top-class customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Own, lead and co-create proposition and pricing strategy for Travelsim offers including regional/local, segmented, time-bound promotions
Develop and own integrated marketing plan and budgets
Prepare briefs and provide input into proposition materials, comms materials, guides, FAQs
Define & execute channel & partnerships strategy, alignment with local markets,partnerships with 3rd parties (e.g. travel industry, partner markets)
Define & collect customer insights
Define, propose and execute cvm offers and loyalty schemes
Define, propose and approve customer journeys
Propose, design & execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms and channels across search engines, social media platforms, and programmatic advertising using Vodafone-preferred ad buying tools
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the telecoms industry and extensive pricing and commercial experience
Excellent understanding of evolving customer attitudes in travel industry, behavioural economics, telecoms services and value perceptions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven approaches
Ability to rapidly understand and respond to strategic implications of external market developments.
Very strong analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent strategic thinking and ability to lead change and execute strategy
Ability to prioritise and demonstrating resilience
